I signed up as a premium member with Aimchess. It worked well before, but now I can't sign in to get all the analysis/statistics. The "box" for my user name and password come up, but the actual box "sign in" is greyed out. So I've paid $50 for annual membership and now can't get a thing. How can I contact Aimchess to have this problem fixed?

Clicking on the link that was a response from someone didn't work. I went to my browser and typed in support@aimchess.com and got on the site. The site asked about a password change, and I did that. Beware; I had to redo the same password change a few times. After I input the exact same thing several times, it finally "worked." Good luck!
