pairing problem

I'm new to chess, so I don't really know how everything works yet, but I have a question. Recently, I noticed that every opponent I'm paired with is in a much higher league than me. For example, my rating is very low — around 280–330 — and I'm trying to get better. But from what I see, every opponent I lose to is in leagues like Elite or Gold, while I'm still in Stone. Could someone please explain to me how leagues actually work?

Leagues have no impact on pairings.

League is not infected by your rating. You gain points in your league by winning/drawing a game, and you gain the same amount of points if you are a 100s or a 3000s.

quit leagues, and here is why.
CHESS.COM SAYS LEAGUES HAVE NO IMPACT IN MATCHMAKING.
And I say that is INCORRECT.
League varies, according to chess.com, on how MUCH you play.
Are you telling me the "time spent" variable does not matter how hard a player tries to win?
or the effort he puts into each game?
I have deactivated leagues and games seem to be more varied.
I am not always PLAYING AGAINST A DUDE WHO PLAYS 10+ GAMES a DAY LIKE ME
