patzer versus strong moves

What is the difference between each? How can one avoid patzer moves? Who coined the term 'patzer'? Sounds kind of stupid.

"Patzer" is German. I guess it means "that who makes mistakes".

One cannot avoid patzer moves.  However, it is possible to play strong moves often enough if you have insight into what your opponent is going to do.
