Pawn Structure or Pawn Power?

Im rated at about USCF 1750, and I was considering reading either Pawn power in chess by Kmoch or Pawn Structure Chess by Soltis. I was wondering which one would benefit me the most to help me improve.

I found the Kmoch book full of weird names for different pawn setups. Try Soltis.
