That would be pretty surprising. How do you know he/she is now living there? The flag next to their name wouldn't constitute proof.

 There are a number of people I've come across claiming to be from N. Korea. Of course any of us can claim to be from wherever we wish.

There are almost 70 people who have come online today claiming the North Korean flag.  Several claim to be the great leader.

Allegedly, there were 110 people online yesterday from Vatican City, and all this from a country with 842 people.
