you played someone 180- your rating
no wonder
the rating changed after the game. It was more along the lines of 623 vs 507, which is honestly on Chess.com for matching us

I’m not trying to be mean but I mean to be like 500-600 rated do you just pretty much know how the pieces move? Maybe not even know how to castle?

Sorry genuinely didn’t mean to. Il make it up by giving you my top tips I used to get to 1200+
1.control the centre
2.try not to move the same piece twice in the first 10 moves
3. aim to castle by move 8-10 which means:
your rooks are connected
all your pieces are in the game
your king is safe
4. Bring out knights Before bishops (in general)
5. DO not bring out your queen early
6. Don’t put knights on the sides of the board (a knight on the rim is dim
)
7.don’t blunder
8. Look up skewers, pins and forks
9. Try not to blunder
10. do not leave pieces undefended.
do all that you should get at least 1100

I was 800 uscf for five years (elementary school omegalul)
I broke 1000 by knowing like two things:
1. all checkmating patterns
2. piece activity

When I first started chess.com I knew the moves and was already 1000-1100 naturally
that means that most people here (including me) are just waisting their time and they are dumb because most poeple have a pfp and very few have the PAWN
