Thanks. But I need more than prevent pinning or fork. I know tactical vision helps in improving my chess. But how can i train myself? If just by playing stronger opponents without guides then i think i never improved. Anyone to share?

Really comes down to the quality and quantity of tactical mistakes one makes.
An 1800 MAY sometimes miscalculate a multiple-motif combination ... a 1400 WILL regularly miss single-motif ideas in his games (e.g. not seeing a knight fork, not bothering to see a forcing response to his move that proves deadly)
