Play Magnus app at age 10.

Hey!

Im playing The play Magnus app at age 10 (without choosing months) I have won 2 times and I have had around 5 draws. Total games: 200 (I guess). I feel like im playing better and better against him at that age. I wonder now.. What is his rating at that age with The chess.com rating? I dont have The understanding of other rating systems than this one at chess.com. I learned chess in may 2014 and I have been playing a lot since then. Never in a chessclub or so, only online. With the chess.com rating  (live standard 15 min) I should be 1650-1700. I have 2 questions now.

1. As i mentioned above, what rating does Magnus have through 9 to 11? In chess.com rating system please 

2. Is there any engine out there where u can set up a position and to know who has got The better position? I want to understand where i screw up. For example, is there any chess app where u can analyze just like after finishing a game here at chess.com? 

Im playing The white pieces here. I should have a pretty solid position right?

I think Black is equal. And yes, you have a solid position, but I dont see a clear plan for White. 

That's gotta be the worst looking chess set I've ever seen. All the pieces look the same. How can one even play that?

This is the play Magnus app. U get to play him through all his diff ages 5 - 25. No man.. I have done some research.. Magnus had around 2000 elo at age 10. 

Another question for u guys and thanks for ur feedback. How is the chess.com rating in relation to real rating? And how to improve from 1650-1700 and further? Any specific area that is good from my ratings point of view? This is a New account of mine here att chess.com som my rating is not very accurate.
