Do you mean in the seek graph? The vertical axis is the rating of the players with game seeks, and the horizontal axis is the number of minutes (total for each player) that the game will have. The dot is plotted for those 2 values. If you hover over the dot without clicking it will show a little more info on the time control (whether there is an increment) and also who the player is that is seeking an opponent.
Could someone tell me what the dots stand for in the finding game window.
