Playing against computer players

Hi, how can I play against the computer players that show up in the graph in Live Chess?
Whenever I click on the dots, they disappear and nothing happens. Do I have to be upgraded?

Click on games --> seeks --> right click on the computer you want to play against --> challenge to a game

I sent a challenge, and the computer player just disappears.

You should send in a ticket. Sounds like it may be buggy for you. One other thing, this site doesn't like Internet Explorer. Chrome is the way to go IMO. I've also heard Mozilla works fine, too. IE will do wonky stuff when trying to play live chess.

I sent a support ticket. I am using Google Chrome so I'm not really sure why there is a problem.

Today, I was able to start a game with two computer players (Computer1-EASY & Computer4-IMPOSSIBLE)

And now, I can't anymore. Is anyone else having this problem?
