It's going to be a crazy final round as magnus leades by one point (2 points for a wn, one for a draw) and it's followed by Grischuk and Mamedyarov!

You're right! Magnus made it more interesting than it looked like after yesterday. :)

Now regretting changing my Rapid pick to Nakamura from Carlsen just before I submitted. Hopefully I don't lose the championship by 4 points now

It gets a little boring as everyone predicts magnus. I suggest, at least when magnus is playing, to let us predict first three places or something!

Yes, I was aware of that issue right from the beginning when I started PPP 2017 (in PPP 2015, we actually predicted podiums and it was Magnus-someone-someone lots of the times, too). But since Carlsen only plays in about a quarter of all events, I think I'll stick with original decision for now. However, if I find a way to effectively implement it in Google Forms, I'll use it at some events.

Magnus-someone-someone still leaves a lot of excitement and predictions will differ a bit from each other. In the google form, you can let us select first,second and third, I don't see any problems here. Maybe some problems with the standings as it will get harder to give the points properly! 

The problem is, you can't prevent Magnus-Magnus-Magnus predictions. But as I said, I'll take a look and see if there is something that could be done to make it both, fair and easy for everyone, not just members of this thread. :)

Woah, there was a crazy endgame in Carlsen - Nakamura. When it all seemed to have settled for a draw, this position arose (but the game still ended in a draw due to Carlsen being low on time.

Edit: Carlsen played 86.Kg4, which is a draw then.

We have a play-off! What a tournament!
