I thought I’d share that I have made 4 reports over the past 2 weeks for a tournament match where my opponent is in a losing position and hasn’t made a move for a month whilst still playing the other match. It would appear that this is a service offered and not provided. I am a diamond member so I am contributing to chess.com. Any suggestions?
My apologies if you have done this, but did you submit your report to the Games department?

I used the ingame report associated with the player and the game. Is there another way of reporting
Here's another way. Help (lower left of screen)>Ask a Question>Contact (small letters a little above the big orange Search box)>Games (drop down menu). Don't know if being sent to the exact department will speed it up, but worth a shot. Good Luck!
