You'd think it wouldn't be hard to include such an option, right? Or put the puzzle and discussion in separate topics, and lock the former from comments. People have been complaining about it for years, but the only thing I've seen the staff take action on is when people posted anime pictures in the forums. They've got some interesting priorities here at chess dot com.

Yes should be easy, p.e. just let the first page empty or include more empty space between the puzzle and the comment section, probably I could do it myself, if I had access to the source.
From my experience I never had any issues with staff, mostly I got a quick and friendly reply.
Maybe we have to change it from our end, a workaround could be to make the browser window very "smol" 
so we have to scroll up to see the puzzle.

Why do people post the solution to the daily puzzle?
I wish I could find an option in the chess.com settings like "don't show the forum under the daily puzzle"
