I have a similar problem with correspondence chess. I always set a maximum timeout % of 10 and a maximum move time of 3h yet these restrictions are clearly completely ignored by the website.

So it seems - and thanks for answering. My issue also refers to correspondence games and I have more or less the same settings, so not sure what's happening there. Common sense tells me not to have a min rating too much lower than mine or a max rating too much higher for obvious reasons...
I've set my minimum and maximum ratings to a certain range in my settings yet I am matched against players that don't always fall within that range, so what is the point?
