Problems with iPad in chess.com

Sometimes in the forum I am not able to go in the specific discussions with my iPad. Right now for example I can click the General Chess Discussion, but if I try to see for example the discussion Will computers ever solve chess? nothing happens.

I have two iPads, an old and a new version. The problems I have with the new one, although it happened already sometimes with the old one. Do you have any idea why this happens?

There is also something weird going on with the iPad: I cannot see notifications about the discussions I am following.
