punishing premature pawn storms

I'm always happy when I play modern defense and white pushes e5 before he's developed any pieces. I always seem to win these games. Anyone else a fan of the modern? Have any common mistakes you see white players make that you'd like to share? Here are some examples-

In the 3d game I was lucky to get away with my blunder on move 15 but I still like this game so I included it anyway.

In all 3 games the engine on chessbase keeps nagging me to play nh6 and then castle but against players around my rating, especially in blitz, I play these lines to use my king as bait and tempt rash moves from my opponents.

e5 definitly looks both premature and dubious in those positions. You punished the move quite well in those games.

I play e5 in those positions all the time in blitz. Nice to see how a better player would punish it :).

That defense is not nearly as cool as it looks when you are facing master level players, trust me.
