Repeated draw offers do get annoying - I wouldn’t exactly say the drawn has been ‘proved’ yet.

And yeah, normally the person with the notional advantage would extend the draw offer after exhausting their winning attempts.

It is a draw. White can just keep taking the opposition. And no,you don't have to have more material to be the one offering the draw.

Insinuations that someone is cheating without a shred of evidence is a serious matter, especially in a public forum.  You should be ashamed, and that type of behavior prohibited...

Never said he cheated and if you have problems with an insinuation that should be the root for a temp ban? Give me a break. I'm not and never will be ashamed for questioning things that in the end proofed to be right all along.

"Somehow I have a feeling something else is going on." is because I have talked before to the CM and even he told me he didn't suspected him from using an engine.
"Something else" was merely the fact that he wasn't completely honest from the start and wich and I repeat was right about. So what's your problem with that? SJW.

and what might that be?  I re-read your entire thesis on him, and you were right about absolutely nothing.

apparently you were so interested to prove potential cheating, you even contacted his opponent...the CM to get his opinion?  that's messed up bro

Twist words as many as you like. I was right about many things.
But you keep avoiding the main issue so you are very dishonest, you're a disgrace.
I have pointed out that my goal isn't to prove he was cheating. If so I would come up with game stats.
I was in contact with the CM and others with TITEL to inform him about somebody lashing out about him on a forum. IMHO messed up to, to "expose" a CM and insinuations about him.
During that conversation, because he was new - yes you talk about engine use. But after the CM gave his opinion why would I then continue to question his games?
You haven't read a thing because everything I pointed out where things about him as a person, why he speak fluent, why he used USFC instead of FIDE suspecting that he wasn't a native Belgian and YES apparantly I WAS right about that.

Having a hard time to understand? Now you make insinuations that about what I've said to the CM without any hard evidence? See your own hypocrisy? Who's messed up now. Bro.

You should always offer a draw in a equal or draw positions. If the opponent says "Yes" (Accept)

then the game is over, if the opponent says "No" (Decline) then the game continues.
