You can't set that up during the run, but after finishing the run you can select the puzzles that you would like to look at again, which are represented by the green checkmarks and red Xs. Alternatively, you can go into the Puzzles section of your Stats, where at the bottom you can look at all the recent Puzzle rushes you did and look at each puzzle in each Puzzle Rush

I actually can't find any puzzle rush history. I must be dumb. I mean, not just the last puzzle.

If you go to Stats and look on the panel on the right you should see Puzzles, and click on it
Then you should arrive on a page that looks like this:
Then scroll to the bottom and select Rush:
Then click on whichever rush you want to look at again.

Is it possible to set puzzle rush so it stops after each problem?
That would be very useful to me.
