1. f5 exf5 2. gxf5 Rxe1 3. Qxe1 g5 =/= now after 4. f6+ Kg8 the best white has IMO is 5. Qe7 and black can hold. Equal position

play f5 yourself a move earlier, that helps sometimes but it also makes a hole on e5 and e6 becomes weak
In this case.. white moved f5 .. then i moved g5 ... then he moved f6 .. check .. so An awful position!
Actually i lost many games because of this same positions.
what is the best move should i do?
