He called you a jew and cursed you out - pretty typical for bad losers on this site, but nothing that bad - you could just block him.

You told him to "Resign like a man" - so perhaps he thought you wanted to trash talk and so he went along with it?

Not to defend him, but your "Resign like a man" was absolutely unnecessary.

report it to cc , let them decide how to progress ,

insults tend to apply the lowest and most base of our views sometimes only meant as a below the belt blow other times they have more darker reason

let cc decide they have encountered this type of thing before and have in place methods to address it

telling the person to resign like a man shows you are prejudiced to non-resigners, you really wimped out there, provoking a retaliation, which you got, which you couldn't take like a man, unless you are female.

No public accusation and shaming are apparently allowed on forum, you could have explore public opinion and sensitivity more neutral way, when you feel that case if worth reporting, do so via help section of this site.
