Generally speeking:
Candidate Master = elo 2200 or more
FM = elo 2300 or more
IM = elo 2400 or more
GM = elo 2500 or more
Super - GM = elo 2700 or more (unofficial title)
It may interest you that you can gain the GM title by winning the world junior chess championship and a second or third finish at the world junior chess championship will gain you an IM title.
With regard to the practice required to gain these titles I couldn't possibly comment as I hold none of these titles.
You won't get better playing blitz chess. You get better by playing rated games against players who are at least 100 points above you (200 is better) printing your games, and going over them to see where you went wrong or could have made better moves.
hello I'm a player whit a rank 1650-1700, I'm 14 years old I play up to 4-6 hours for day, i have a question how many rank i need to become a Master or an Nacional Master or an Candidate Master, and how many time i have to practice, how can i get better, can you please help me?
