It's hard to compare different populations because of the way ELO works. Maybe if chess.com and those other sites host a common-players tournament to establish some links between their ratings, then it would be more useful to compare.

Hi Guys - I find that the ratings in chess.com are bit more standard than in other websites. Do you guys feel the same..? My rating in chess.com is around 1500 and elsewhere it is around 1750.
