I can't remove my credit card info from chess.com.

Can you remove my credit card info from your database please?

PS: I know it's the same issue here https://www.chess.com/forum/view/help-support/why-dont-we-have-option-to-delete-our-credit-card-info-from-the-account but I can't reach out the support team to get it done. I don't know the mail.

There is no email to reach Support any more.

They now use an AI chat system to help screen Support requests. Through it, you can contact Support after you answer some questions about what you need help with.

Why they aren't contact in such important chess website. Lichess website works with donation and the forum and contacts works well. I tried AI chat but it doesnt work for me. I sent mails to support@chess.com and press@chess.com and I hope they fix the problem

I'll never pay anything at this shitty site. I have free fun, they take my time away, they defraud but I don't pay. they throw me out and I come back with another name. scammers

support@chess.com is no longer monitored, so that's a waste of time.

The new AI Support feature really does work - I've used it probably a dozen times by now.

You just have to be patient and be sure to choose "need more help" every time 'Chessica' asks. Eventually, she'll promise you an email.
