Does anyone, preferably arbiter, know what would happen in the instance of resignation by both competing players at the exact same time?
My guts tell me they'd have to keep on playing, although a draw might also solve the problem, since both players would be happy to go home with 1/2 point ;). Is this a topic for debate or does a concrete answer exist?
