of course it doesn't. when have you seen the costumers getting what is fair when their cable television goes out for hours, or their internet is down for a whole day, even if they are paying monthly for a continuous service?
For every time I get that red banner saying "we are sorry" because game review is not working, I should get a percentage of refund. One goes diamond, among other things, because one is allegedly getting to run game reviews at will. This is not happening. Multiple times, I get that red banner, and I must go "triggering" the game review multiple times untill it works.
