Road to mastery (HELP)

A few yrs ago I decided to take chess more seriously and I found this webpage ( http://www.ez-net.com/~mephisto/Become%20Master%20Rated.html) 

The author had a complete program/study plan ect... on the site using various chess training software such as ct-art an various others. It put a out a clear path that could lead you to the 2000-2200 rating given 2 years with dedication. it had outlined how much you should train a day on which areas of work that still needed built in your game how to baseline an progress. Point being it was a very basic webpage but had a very a deep understanding of chess an loved the path it put you on. 

 I stopped playing for a while an started to get back into the game and wanted to get back on the program but the webpage will not load an I dont remember the author let alone the entire program. I am hoping some one else might have remembered this site an if its available from another source. I cant be the only one to google road to mastery in chess Am I ? thank you for any help in advance. 

Look for chess books, courses and DVDs that offer comprehensive training programs and study plans.
