Russian Help for Beginner

Hi, I am teaching my 16-year old niece in Russia to play Chess.  She has played many times with her Grandfather, but she knows nothing about Opening Principles or Tactics.  I am trying to teach her these basic things, like don't move the same piece twice in the opening, no unnecessary pawn moves, get all your pieces out as fast as possible.  Can someone recommend good Russian Books and Sites for her level?

Thanks!

How is the question not relevant?  Of course everyone knows there must be many good Russian Chess Books for beginners and it should be easy to find one.  But not being Russian myself, I am asking that a Russian player actually give some specific suggestions for Books and Sites of which are the best.  I want to give my niece better advice then just go to a bookstore and buy a chess book.  Thanks.

You might also join one of the several Russian groups, and ask your question amongst them.  If they're not directly findable here you could try googling:  chess.com russian chess group

The books are obviously not from the past 10 years, but I learned chess from Siegbert Tarraschs "Das Schachspiel" and that book is by now 100 years old.
