Position after black's 43rd. I would bet on a White win, rather than on a draw - both because I know how Carlsen plays the endgame, and because once that a-pawn reaches a6, chances are that it will cost black a minor piece. I don't see what black can do to prevent that from happening (there's an idea, for example, of Bd2 - a5 - Rd6 - a6). Nc5 looks cool too - white has many interesting options and greater freedom overall. I don't think Naka will escape this.
Yep. The a pawn is unstoppable except with a massive expense. It's over. Again.
With Naka having Nakamura across the back of his shirt for this game I think it would be hilarious if Carlsen had Sauron printed across the back of his shirt for the next game they play.

Sauron should be Magnus Carlsens new nickname in honor of Nakamura & his various comments. Also his +0 -9 =15 record against Carlsen. Don't forget Nakas comment about Naka being the one who will have to stop Carlsen. I think all that talk just makes Magnus beat him up more. I think he was 0-7 before that comment, now 0-9. Anyone else seeing a pattern?
