I was definitely looking forward to seeing him play again and the possibility that he could advance and play Magnus in the Quarter finals was really exciting. It's too bad to hear that he has dropped out but Nepo will be taking his place

Ding will be leading the Chinese team in the Asian Games starting September 23.
