I believe its only certain servers, because some streamers are still playing and starting tournaments and new games

Some moves on daily games this morning wouldn't go through, kept saying "retry." Looks like it is working well now.

Yup, had an opponent stop responding, waited out their timer to zero, no win state appeared, then I refresh and it shows the board state prior to my last move with my timer on zero, but no loss state appeared either. Can't start any new games.

it's 2023, and Chess.com still can't handle a bit of traffic, maybe they need to cut back on things like Danny Rench's and crew taking a first class air flight to Hikaru's house to tour his room, and instead funnel the money into this reoccurring issue.
