Can old man learn chess? In Finland we have saying: "Old dog does not learn new tricks". How about chess? I'm, 57 years old and I have played now and then about 10 years. Do I have any possibilities to evolve and learn? My ELO number has been long time around 10000 in 10 mins rapid.

Yes, you can learn with the help of other board game like ludo, paper soccer. Ludo help you in understanding pawn push and paper soccer helps you in calculation. There are other board games also but i have not tried them yet.

Never too old to learn.

Play games up here, review them and don't keep making the same mistakes, you will get better.

You will improve your game by playing longer time controls with more time to think about your moves. Analyze your games afterward. You'll never be a GM but one of the greatest rewards in chess is playing the best that you can.
