At your current rating, it's a powerful strategy.

I think you should not bcoz in some cases a knight is more powerful than a queen

What exactly is the question?
To move a queen early? No, do not do that. The queen is too valuable and has to flee before all other pieces.
To promote a pawn to a queen? Yes, do that if you can.

The 3 wise principles:

1) Control center - pawns supported by pieces.

2) Don't move same piece twice in opening (without good reason - threatened or have devastating attack)

3) Don't bring out queen early.

When you break rule #3, the queen is easily attacked and has to move again and again, thus breaking rule #2.  As such, you fall behind in development.

Remember: The opening of chess is a race to develop. When you waste tempos moving the same piece, you lose tempos. When you win the development race, tactics start appearing on the board.

In summary - hell yes bring out the queen early! She's indestructible and looks pretty cool.
