Should I Post "Email Chess" Games?
Sort:
I don't mind if you post the game we played with your annotations. Not only I would learn from them, but everyone could learn from them. And that is a bloody good thing, eh?
I haven't played you, so once again I'm invading a thread where my presence is probably unwelcome. Nonetheless, if I had played you and lost (which I would have) not only wouldn't I mind you analysing the game I'd appreciate it. I've seen the game annotations on your blog - and they are pretty darn good.

I posted our game, but I didn't think about all these considerations... I mean posting a game can only be benificial to everyone and can harm no one, no? And I think the opponent can post his annotation in a reply. However if you wish any modification to the post with our game, feel free to send a message.
Anyways, I give my full permission to everyone who wish to post a game I'm involved in, I will even be very happy if they do.
I have played just a few "Email Chess" games, and some of them are already very interesting. I was wondering if it's okay to post them here with my annotation. I don't mind posting them. However, I wasn't sure if my opponents would mind, especially if they lost. I am going to lose a game or two in the next few days, and I don't think my opponents would mind my analysis at all. So if we have played a game and you don't want me to post it, shoot me a message!
The other thing I was thinking about is that - unlike annotating a game by a grandmaster or somebody who is not here to answer - the "Email Chess" games have the opponents here. Should I send my analysis to my opponent first before posting it so that they can add their comments? What gives me the right to post it? Should both of us post it? etc.
Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
