theres no morality involved in drawing, playing on or resigning. its functions of a game. thats like asking is it wrong to score a goal in football on a team that has given up. of course not.
Theres no requirements on these things, you can be upset that someone doesnt want to draw with you when you want to leave, but you cant do anything about it.
Draws can also be a very annoying way to distract your opponent

Some people are kind and accept a draw and that leads me to remembering them in the future and making me feel good because it's so kind for someone to do that i think. Because I could leave and they would win by my abandonment

Based on how do you decide. There's nothing wrong in accepting draws or declining it. However, if you are focused on improving, you should decline the draw offer if you are winning and accept the draw if you are losing.
If you start a game that you're not going to finish then you're wasting your opponent's time. So you shouldn't be too surprised if they decide to claim the win.

really? how would you feel if you were in their shoes, the world doesn't go around you, and you aren't perfect.
