This could pose a risk if the championships are played at the Carlsen residence then. I believe that the best way to deal with this is to impose a rule where Magnus’ father is required to have a sleep over at his best friends house during the Championships. Of course, he’ll also be required to be in bed by 8 PM.

Carlsens father should not be allowed to join Carlsens staff. He isn't a Second or Cook. The Challenger should ask the local court to issue a Restraining Order preventing Carlsens father to be at least 500 meters away from the playing table. He could whisper to Carlsen by sign language.

Football (soccer for you, my dear Muricans) uses the "away goals rule", which means that, in case of a tie, the team which scored more goals "away" (i.e. at the other team's venue) wins the match. If the World Championship were to be played at Carlsen's house, then it would be fair to stick to this rule, so that the challenger wins in case of a tie. We should also address concerns about Carlsen's father and cheating, but I'm not as versed in this topic to give an opinion about it.
