Stuff Non-Chess Players Say

I believe Buster was stating a question a non-chesser would pose in protest to his opponent having him in check.

Ok, December, Dragon, I can top you. True story. When I was 13, I was raking leaves off of our pool cover and found a $100 bill. That's right, a Ben Franklin. I asked my dad if he lost it, he said no. So, I used it to help me buy my guitar.

Wow nice!! Talk about a nice paycheck from Mother Nature for raking leaves! I found $80 in 20's on my high school campus (speaking of high school), I turned it into the front office, no one claimed it for a week, so I was able to keep it! But you found 20 more than that. That's pretty awesome AKAFETT (-;

I am confused, Buster. It is right that you can't castle out of check. It is a non-chess player who would say you could.

Ditto to what akafett said lol

Yeah yeah yeah and before you say it. When you were in high school you could've bought the same thing for 15 cents.

Only I can say that, you kids are way too young!

dragonair234

21 is not *that* young! And I've heard that I'm young maybe 1,000,000 times this month alone. lol. UndecidedLaughing

winerkleiner

Lol, have you spotted any gray hairs yet?

akafett

I was 21. Now I'm not.

Bought 6 USCF pens for $26. How ridiculous am I? Who pays that much for some pens? lol. You're basically just paying for the shipping. Whatever, no regrets! I'm gonna give them away to a few people who help organize Chess Club, and I'll keep one for myself of course (-;

Yes that's a no lol. But I think natural aging is very beautiful in people, including graying hair.

I bought a chess book there for $4.68 plus $5.17 for shipping. I used one of their random discount codes and saved 47 cents. So I paid $9.38 in total. That's pretty good compared to the 25 dollars you would have to pay at any regular bookstore. Also, "Who would spend their money on chess books. Chess is boring." is definitely something a non chesser would say

Well, welcome!! :-) I love your dove peace badge. So that means you come to this forum in peace! Better than coming in a one-piece. You might look funny in that...
