We could play a couple of un-rated games with either side.
Three to five days per move would be my preference.

wiki has good information about sicilian, I suggest you read it.
as starter learn different sicilian pawn structures and their pluses and minuses..sicilians are extremely tricky to learn because there are countless setups with innumerable transposition possibilities. trying to learn variations move by move will not help much. playing based on purely general principles are not good enough either - many sicilian systems are extremely sharp and concrete in nature. bad handling of the opening would often lead you to setups that you are unfamiliar with - sometimes you will lose a tempo or two in the process.
