The only thing this makes one realize is that any kind of private communication with you would be a dumb idea, and frankly I think there should be rules to prevent what you just did.

That's the internet for you.
Everyone who was in that chat was there by invitation, and nobody was in any way forced to be there. The people who invite you to chat may not be privy to your age or the fact that you are unable to keep it anything private.

I'm not sure why you say it's invitation. It's under games, and I just clicked to join. I wasn't invited at all.

I only posted the initial because my parents love to police me, which sucks since I don't do anything bad like drugs n stuff. I've been pestering them for a membership on here so I can see stats and all that, but they gripe when -heaven forbid- someone says someone's gay on the web. grr. I don't get them.
There is 30 seconds of my life that I will not get back.

I do miss that, where you can actually name the grade people are in, based on their comments! I am far removed from that now, Vincero. And I am talking to Vincero the strong chess player, not her brother, or coach, or some GM, or friend, etc.
