With all respect, is this something that needs to be reported? Unless (s)he used derogatory or sexist language to do it, I don't see how being propositioned automatically amounts to abuse. Did (s)he use such language? Did he perist after you told him his advances were unwanted?
This user's actions are tactless, desperate and pathetic. Of course you should block him/her if the attention is unwanted, but I sense that you're operating under the assumption that being propositioned here (or anywhere online) is abuse per se. (Though to be fair, I don't know what he said, as you didn't quote him/her.)
Wow, less than a month and you got propositioned? I've been here about 9 months and not so much as a wink or smile from anyone.
