Square Off Pro Rollable E-Chessboard

Hello ! I just got my brand new Square Off Pro chessboard two days ago now, the rollable one, a gift from my parents but I have an issue. I can't play without the USB-C cable plugged in. I sent messages to the SquareOff support but they're quite long to answer and they're telling me to charge the chessboard for 3,5 hours. I did it, for 6 hours and the led is all green but still the same, when I remove the USB-C cable, nothing, it won't turn on. Any ideas ? Did I miss something ?
