Stalemate Case

white: bishop - g4, king - f2
black: pawn - g2, h2, king-h1
No other pieces on board
Situation:
white to move: Bishop moved to f3 and
The game ended in a draw due to stalemate because the player to move was not in check, but had no legal moves available. pls advice on this , In next move black can move to black pawn g2 to g1(its empty right now) and promote itself and game can continue? for whom this is stalemate: why they say: Black can't move and the game ends in stalemate.

After Bf3 the move g1=Q is no legal move, as it would leave Kh1 in check.

oh get it now, thanks @tygxc.
I am new learner, so we can't leave king in Check , this is applicable to all cases anywhere when it comes to legal moves, when king is in check, other pieces cant leave him in check situation. right?

A player can never make a move that exposes their own king to check.
