How? Is your rival turn but he cannot move anywhere, and is not your turn to move, either. The game is stale, hence the name.
You can solve this pressing the Chess federation to add the new piece, the cow, to the game.

chess is war game two armies battles i killed all the armies yet i havent won against that country cause the king is hiding ?!?!?! what kind of logic is that stalemate and having no peices in the board used to be an auto win and it is an AUTO win cAUSE ITS A WAR GAME IT MAKES MORE SENSE

You don't kill pieces, just capture them. In Japan and in Crazyhouse they even come back. As for your logic, the other king can't move and is not your turn. Consider it Gameplay and Story segregation.

"chess is war game two armies battles" this was somewhat true 600 years ago, but chess quit being a simulation of war and became an important game in its own right in the 1400's if not earlier.
