Starting Ratings when creating an account?

Out of curiousity, I checked the sign up page and it now shows only FOUR choices to start with: New to chess, Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced.............Before, there used to be an "expert" option as the 5th option right? It was changed?
If you choose advanced (highest option), you are given a starting provisional rating of 1600.
Soo 1600 is the highest rating you can start with now?

Yes, there used to be a higher option, but would have to look around to see what it was called. However, that initial rating doesn't really matter too much since the Glicko system will quickly get the rating to where it should be.
