we DO need you to report bugs. what we DON'T need is the impatience :)
whining=bad, alerting=good. It's a fine line, but in the end, it's important for the staff to know what issues are being found. And it's important to the users to know that others are dealing with the same issues, and they are not isolated incidents.
reporting bugs is one thing, but in the live chess chat you have several (FREE) members saying things like 'oh wow this sucks' 'more like a downgrade..' and other nonsense. if youre a paying member then you have some right to complain but as a free member you should just be happy a site like this exists.
chess.com is awesome & i'm sure everything will get worked out. and if not then i'm sure i can deal with it.
How much does anyone here want to bet that the vast majority of people complaining are the free members?
I don't what you solve by complaining about the complaining...
fwiw - this site is also ad driven so free players (like moi) also generate revenue.
sorry to whinge, but it's all very frustrating. I worked hard to get my modest 1425 rating, now its 1329 after a small losing streak. I don't mind the bugs, just the rating swings.

let's find and report the bugs as usual and wait. complain and push is not a good option.
sorry but i need to vent. If there are 4004 players online, why do I, a paying member, not have some sort of priority? I have not been able to log in for hours now. I don't think I'm being unreasonable.
Agree. I see +4000 members online in Live Chess and I can't.. for the last 3 hours or so. I think some people have a point. At least we, paying members, should have priority in testing it.
erik has a point as well. The sky's not going to fall in if we have to wait a few more hours, even days. Longer, and I'm afraid they'll lose at least 1 customer on principle.

So many people are complaining about so many different things like Team matches stats are 0% when it should be 50% or live chess isnt working or Theres no on demand in chess.com/tv.
SHUT UP, you see the staff is trying to get everything fixed, stop whining about it and let them do there jobs!
They released a major update and you guys should back off.. its the first day and we are BOUND TO HAVE MORE THEN 10 BUGS ON CHESS.COM
