danielle; did the naughty words give you a sad face? awww, pwecious.
p.s. booo!
im bored now. no live chess. no turtle.
There's no room for idiots like that on a chess site.
It's quite disturbing that one may find entertainment in vulgar language...
you're boring as well.
no one has used 'one' as a pronoun substitute since the 19th century; not even posh people. 'one' might even say that it is pretentious to do so.
actually, all this talk of 'vulgar language' and 'one' does make you seem a bit like a Jane Austen character; fainting at poor diction and the mention of genitalia.
anyway, it was the mindlessness of it all that was funny anyway. lighten up, the air is much fresher down here, away from that pedestal you're enjoying so much.
There is no need to "lighten up" That kind of language should be offesive to everyone. There is nothing constructive...grown up...mature...cool...about it. Yes we pretty much all cuss at some time or another, but to be that blatant about it is beyond rediculous. This is a family site and that kind of language should NEVER be tolerated. Kids come here too, and that should be respected. If you want to feel all grown up and look really cool in front of your "dudes and bros" then go to yahoo chess, and cuss like a drunken sailor.
Businesses try and seek out a unique selling point. Perhaps chess.com has achieved this via their forums complaint/praise/gossip/help/spam ethic.
I find the site reasonably straightforward to navigate, as a positive.
Ban pre moves in live chess, oops I must stop saying that, well if its a pre move it isn't live, oh shut up.
