Ive heard this talk about a leak of his prep but I have a few questions about that. Who is this according to? Like where did this leak about the leak come from? Also leaked prep doesn't explain the game against firouzja right? I don't really know what to think right now, but I think that nerves and stress of the entire chess world accusing you could also mess up his interview, but idk.

The price of betrayal is much cheaper now.

30 pieces of silver would be a good amount of money these days given the current price of silver!

Geez. Y'all sound like Charles Manson.

Derek-C-Goodwin

the current price of silver is virtual, as with gold, I have a friend who says he has $10k worht of gold, when I asked to see it he showed me a screenshot of some binary on a screen.

Lol if that is true not even his close acquaintances seem to like Magnus. Probably competes with Nakamura and a couple others to win the most unlikeable GM in the top circuit title, lol.

So you think Magnus doesn't know what he think he know?

Magnus does not know.  He has an opinion.

I know BUTTER BOY.

Unblock me COWARD.

Hehehe, I love the bickering on here. It's why I browse the forums more than play chess, it's way more entertaining.

Sinquefield Cup Tournament

Hans Moke Niemann 3/4 (+2 -0 =2) [games]
Wesley So 2.5/4 (+1 -0 =3) [games]
Ian Nepomniachtchi 2/4 (+1 -1 =2) [games]
Fabiano Caruana 2/4 (+1 -1 =2) [games]
Alireza Firouzja 2/4 (+1 -1 =2) [games]
Dominguez Perez 2/4 (+0 -0 =4) [games]
Vachier-Lagrave 1.5/4 (+0 -1 =3) [games]
Levon Aronian 1.5/4 (+0 -1 =3) [games]
Magnus Carlsen 1.5/3 (+1 -1 =1) [games]
Mamedyarov 1/3 (+0 -1 =2) [games]

What're y'alls thoughts?  Imagine if Hans finished 1st, that'd be wild. There'd be all kinds of crazy threads popping up everywhere there's chess discussions.

Update.   This is yesterday's result.  Round 5 is done and Hans is still in clear 1st with 3.5 points. I dont know why chessgames.com is over a day behind,  it remindsme of a Goichberg tournament. .

CraigIreland

Will Hans Niemann reach 2900?

A sport needs rules. We need some serious effort and coordination.  All Hans on deck. Let Niemann be left behind.
