That is incorrect English. It is an adverb followed by a noun. If you mean "a strategic position"... well, I shall leave that to others.

Oh!, i see, you are in the north-east of luzon.  Yeah, i think there is a only slight difference between the words ''strategy'' and ''plan''.  ''Strategy'' is much more elaborate and systematic than ''plan'', but they are almost much the same.Smile
