stuck at 700 rapid rating

can you help me i am stuck at 700+        800- how should i go higher

You should review your games after you play to try and understand why you won or lost.

In this game, you had a huge advantage up to this point of the game. You were developed, had castled. Your opponent was undeveloped and had a weak king position.  A couple of oversights changed the game.

i never saw anyone play like that i got confused

Did you ever try playing out a position against the computer?  You could try positions like that until you can win.

You have a big advantage but you need a plan or an idea of what to do.
