Stuck during Middlgame

I’ll preface this by saying that despite my years of Chess, I still very much consider myself a beginner.

I’ve studied openings, and can play many variations with a pretty high degree of accuracy, and my end game isn’t perfect, but it’s good enough….

What I really struggle with is the middlegame and was wondering if I’m alone and what people did to up-skill themselves?

I find my problem most commonly is I tend to force things and get impatient and I end up compromising my whole game.

I do puzzles regularly and wonder if that’s caused some of my impatience during games?

Any hints or advice about my middle game would be much appreciated.

"I’ve studied openings" ++ Not useful.

"my end game isn’t perfect" ++ It surely is not.

"What I really struggle with is the middlegame" ++ We all do.

"what people did to up-skill themselves?" ++ Analyse your lost games.

"I tend to force things and get impatient" ++ Do not do that.

"I do puzzles regularly" ++ Puzzles are overrated.
