Stuck in the 1100s

I have been playing every day since the beginning of september. When i started I was rated around mid 800's, and I played up to the 1100's where I'm at right now. I've gotten up to 1185 before, and then I inevitably always screw something up and end up going back down. It's just been a constant teeter totter of being stuck in 1100. It's a bit frustrating. As white I always play the jobava london, and as black I either play the caro kann or the slav. I have a pretty laid back job so I get a lot of downtime to play. I'll play for a few hours everyday but I just can't seem to get to 1200. I'm not exactly sure what it is I'm doing wrong. Should I practice learning better openings? More puzzles? Read more chess books? I'll try and go on youtube and seek out chess tutorials as well and they're always giving different advice on how to play which confuses me even more.

Stop chasing openings. Start mastering chess principles. I’ve seen players improve faster this way. Reach out anytime if you want guidance on what actually matters in chess.

Could just be that you've found your skill ceiling and that 1100 is as good as you'll get.

What helped me improve was just absorbing a lot of chess content, watching really good players play. This really helped my pattern recognition to get to where I am now.
